Tennis Goes 3-0 in WCAC Play

Tennis had a busy week of competition this week. On Monday, April 15 we defeated McNamara 7-0 on the road at the Louise F. Cosca Regional Park in Clinton, MD. The next day, the Eagles beat The Heights, 6-3 at our home court of the East Potomac Tennis Center in NE Washington, DC. And in the final match of the week, we beat St. Mary's Ryken 6-3 at to earn our third WCAC win on the week.

In the match against Ryken, the following Eagles won their singles matches: Jack Sherner '24, Brendan Henneberry '24, Sebastian Groh '24, and Walker Cave '24. In doubles action, Sherner/Henneberry and Cave/Aiden Delacourt '24 earned wins to seal the team win. 

The team will face St. John's next Thursday, April 25 back at the East Potomac Tennis Center at 4pm.
