Football Beats McNamara and Serves at Commanders vs Bears Game
Football had a busy weekend as the team held their Senior Day Ceremony, defeated Bishop McNamara on Buchanan Field, and served as the flag bearers during the National Anthem at the Commanders versus Bears game -- a "homecoming" for Caleb Williams '21.
After honoring 21 varsity football Eagles during a pre-game ceremony, the team defeated the Mustangs 27-0 to improve to 6-2 on the season. Both quarterback Jason Lindsay '27 and wide receiver Lincoln Fisher '25 had strong offensive performances while on the defensive side of the ball, defensive lineman Ethan Brown '25 led the way. Kicker John Holley '25 had a solid performance including a 41 yard field goal. Click

The next day, the team and coaching staff enjoyed a great day in Landover, MD to support Caleb Williams's first game against the Commanders. Thank you to Mrs. Patsy Mangas (P '18 and director of the Caleb Cares Foundation) and Caleb's father, Carl Williams, who were instrumental in making the experience happen for the team.
