Golf Wins Two Straight Heading into WCAC Championship
Golf defeated Bishop Ireton 8-1 at on Monday, April 29 at Belle Haven Country Club. Jack Hartman ‘24 and Carson Looney ‘25 each shot two-under rounds of 34 to lead the way for the Eagles.
And on Thursday, May 2, Andrew Kozeny '24 helped lead the Eagles to an 8-1 victory over Bishop O’Connell at Westfield Country Club. His performance was highlighted by a 170 yard eagle from a fairway bunker with Fr. Mark Horak, SJ in attendance.
With the wins, the team wrapped up WCAC league play with an undefeated record and will compete in the WCAC Championship at the University of Maryland on Tuesday, May 7.
