Basketball Wins at Hoophall Classic in Springfield, MA
Varsity Basketball improved to 14-2 with a 72-67 win over Hudson Catholic (NJ) in the Hoophall Classic on Sunday, January 14. The Eagles were led by juniors Derek Dixon, Christian Gurdak, and Nik Lewis who all scored in double figures. Lewis earned player of the game honors with 17 points, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds:
Before heading out to Springfield, MA for the national game, the Eagles also notched a WCAC win last week by defeating Good Counsel at home on Thursday, January 11. The team played strong from start to finish to defeat the Falcons 75-47. Enjoy some highlights from the Carmody Center:
