Football Beats Loyola and Carroll, Will Face Malvern Prep Next
After starting the year with two impressive home wins, Gonzaga Football took to the road the last two weeks to defeat Loyola Blakefield and Archbishop Carroll. The Eagles will travel for a third straight week to take on Malvern Prep, one of Pennsylvania’s best teams, on Friday, September 26 in Malvern, PA.
Loyola played the Eagles tough on September 13 in Towson, MD, but Gonzaga ultimately pulled away for the victory 22-0 over the Dons. To see photos and video from the win, click here. And here are Eagles of the Week from week 3:
