Soccer Bounces Back with 4-0 Win, Heads to Whitman Saturday
Varsity Soccer opened its season last Friday with a tough 2-1 loss at Mt. Saint Joseph’s. While awaiting the completion of renovations on Buchanan Field at Reyda Stadium, the Eagles travelled to McNamara Thursday, where they came away with a commanding 4-0 win. Charlie Waller '27 found the back of the net twice, while Andrew Cummins ’29 and Bruno Paterno ’28 each scored once. Goalie Sam Smith ’27 earned the clean slate.
On Saturday, September 4, the team is on the road again, taking on Walt Whitman in Bethesda, MD. Kickoff is at 7:45pm and you can buy tickets here.
