2025 Fall Sports Schedules Released

The Gonzaga Athletic Department is excited to announce the fall 2025 sports schedules.

Cross Country will compete in the Trials of Miles on Friday, August 29 in Leesburg, VA to open up their season. The team will travel to compete in Richmond, Virginia for the RVA Relays on September 13 and to Cary, North Carolina for the Great American Cross Country Festival on October 4. The WCAC (October 26) and DCSAA (November 15) Championships will be held at Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens. And the Eagles will close the season with Nike Regionals and Foot Locker Regionals. Gonzaga's 137th season of football will include five games on Eye Street! On Friday, August 29, the Eagles will host the defending 6A Virginia State Public School Champion Oscar Smith. Other home games include Friday night games against Dunbar (DC) and Benedictine (VA) and Saturday afternoon games include WCAC matchups versus Good Counsel and St. John's. The Good Counsel game will also be Senior Day and our annual Fall Reunions for the Classes of '80, '85, '90, '95, '00, '05, '10, '15 and '20 on Saturday, October 25. The Eagles will travel to face Loyola (MD), Archbishop Carroll, Malvern Prep (PA), Bishop McNamara, and DeMatha. To see the full football season schedule, please click here. 

Gonzaga Soccer returns to the pitch with an exciting schedule in 2025! The Eagles will open with a home game under the lights against Georgetown Prep on Thursday, August 28 at 7:30 PM. The team will host the annual Jesuit Soccer Classic (September 18-19) and will face Regis Jesuit (CO) and Rockhurst (MO).  After hosting St. Ignatius (OH) on September 26, the Eagles will play six consecutive WCAC games before the playoffs will begin on Tuesday, October 28. Gonzaga Water Polo looks forward to getting back in the water this fall with a full slate of competitions. This year's season starts on Wednesday, August 27 against Calvert Hall. The team will make the annual trip to the Philadelphia area to face Haverford and Penn Charter on September 5-6. After facing Landon and Spalding over the next two weeks, the Eagles will travel back to Pennsylvania for the Beast of the East (September 26-27). The team will then take on against Loyola (MD) before competing in the Gilman Challenge and facing Landon again.
